Mr. Woldar joined Tribal Capital Markets, LLC in January 2018 as a Fixed Income Director.
His extensive experience in liquidity analysis, investments structuring, loan and investment portfolio management, asset and liability management and fixed income securities was accumulated during more than 30 years in prestigious securities and investment firms including Oppenheimer Funds, Mesirow Financial, Cantor Fitzgerald, Advest, Inc., Cowan and Company, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Tucker Anthony.
As founder and executive director of Legacy Financial Management, Mr. Woldar developed donor, legacy and asset management strategies to optimize the performance of investments in estate plans and foundations.
Mr. Woldar served on the board of the Woodbury Jewish Center (WJC) for nine years (seven as Treasurer), before joining the Melrose board. He managed a $2.4 million budget, stabilized WJC and averted insolvency, while working tirelessly to identify new revenue sources, reduce costs and consolidate debt. As a member of the Nassau County Board of Advisors for the American Cancer Society (ACS), he worked with physicians and other business people to maximize local ACS fundraising and awareness efforts. Mr. Woldar is president of a privately managed foundation, for which he oversees both foundation assets and donations.
Mr. Woldar earned his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University
